1930s residence

Le Cannet, France

In the heart of the Tivoli district in Le Cannet, the French studio Alliot + Maudet signs the refined renovation of a 1930s residence, bringing it back to its original essence through a measured balance between past and present. The project is characterized by a sober, tactile language, defined by calibrated contrasts, handcrafted details, and fluid volumes, where architecture and interior design blend into a coherent dialogue.

Within this elegant and measured setting, the bathrooms find their most natural expression.
The freestanding bathtub becomes the focal point of the space, in perfect harmony with the clean, tactile architecture.
Soft lines, generous proportions, and a deep, rich color, carefully selected to blend seamlessly with the room’s palette and finishes.

The guest bathroom also reflects Rexa’s style with smart design: a compact and functional space, where a wall-mounted vanity fits perfectly between two walls, optimizing every centimeter and creating an intimate yet sophisticated atmosphere.
